NOK and EAGLE Industry Complete Business Integration, Establishing NOK Group Corporation
The NOK Group Embarks on Its Next Chapter
NOK Group Corporation (Head Office: Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Board Director, Chief Executive Officer: Masao Tsuru; hereinafter “NOK Group”) was established on October 1, 2026 through a joint share transfer by NOK Corporation (“NOK”) and EAGLE Industry Co., Ltd. (“EAGLE Industry”). This marks the launch of the newly integrated NOK Group, comprising 111 companies across 20 countries and regions and close to 43,000 employees.
Through “Essential Core Manufacturing — The manufacture of pivotal products that shape society,” the NOK Group provides safety and comfort to people around the world. The business integration gives the Group the ability to provide comprehensive sealing solutions across a wide range of materials, from organic materials such as rubber and resin — one of NOK’s key strengths — to inorganic materials such as metals, carbon, and ceramics, an area of expertise for EAGLE Industry.
The Group will also bring together the technologies of its five core companies, including MEKTEC Corporation in electronic components, UNIMATEC Co., Ltd. in chemical products, and NOK Klüber Co., Ltd. in specialty lubricants. By combining these capabilities, the NOK Group can provide integrated solutions spanning the entire process from material development and design through to mass production.
