NOK Selected as “Yearbook Member” in S&P Global’s The Sustainability Yearbook 2026 for the Second Consecutive Year
NOK Corporation (Headquarters: Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Group Chief Executive Officer: Masao Tsuru; hereinafter referred to as "NOK") has been selected as a “Yearbook Member” in the Auto Components industry in The Sustainability Yearbook 2026. Published by global research and evaluation firm S&P Global, NOK ranked among the top 15% of companies in its industry based on evaluation scores. This marks the second time NOK has been selected as a “Yearbook Member” following its selection in 2025.
S&P Global evaluates companies worldwide on their sustainability efforts across environmental, social, economic and governance criteria, using its proprietary S&P Global CSA Score. This year, 848 companies were selected as “Yearbook Members” out of more than 9,200 companies assessed.
The NOK Group has continuously promoted sustainability initiatives and is further expanding its efforts across environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas. On the environmental front, the Group has expanded the scope of third-party verification for environmental performance data and updated its scenario analysis in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). In the social and governance areas, the Group has enhanced its human resource development programs and further strengthened supplier engagement initiatives, including the implementation of SAQs (Self-Assessment Questionnaires), educational support and the promotion of human rights due diligence. Moving forward, the Group will continue working to enhance the effectiveness of these initiatives while expanding its information disclosure.
