The NOK Fukushima Plant has renovated its employee cafeteria, with the renewed space opening for use on Monday, August 18, 2025.

The renovated cafeteria was created under the concept of “Gather, Connect, Transform,” and features a self-service dining area, gathering space, lounge, and shop. With the addition of a 24-hour shop, it has been redesigned as a more comfortable and flexible environment to support diverse work styles and needs.

The cafeteria is not only a place to eat but also a space for casual meetings, work, and conversations. It encourages employee interaction and aims to create an environment where open communication can spark new ideas. Looking ahead, it will also serve as a hub for initiatives that strengthen connections both within the company and with the local community.
